Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Buddyvo account from within the mobile app.
How to delete your account
In the Buddyvo app, go to Profile / Settings → Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps. To protect your account, you may be asked to verify your identity again using your password, phone number, Apple account, or Google account.
Data that is deleted
We remove or anonymize your account identifiers, profile information and photos, location, interests, matching activity, active club memberships, sessions, and active Premium entitlement. Profile, chat, certificate, and support media are queued for deletion.
Data that may be retained temporarily
Some pseudonymized records may be kept where needed for legal, accounting, safety, fraud-prevention, audit, transaction-integrity, backup, or technical reasons. Message content may remain for up to 90 days before being replaced with a non-content placeholder. A legal or safety hold may extend this period, and deleted data may remain in protected backups until the normal backup lifecycle ends.
Deleting your Buddyvo account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions must also be cancelled through your Apple account.
